I have a teneant who has been given 90 days to terminate
I have a teneant who has been given 90 days to terminate here tenancy , as we wish to sell the property. To date she is $1,400.00 behind in her rent I have delivered to her in person the 14days Notice to remedy regarding rents in arrears .
