Police diversion is only for first offenders and less serious offences. He would be unlikely to get diversion for a domestic assault but the rest of the offending is serious, and certainly would be outside the diversion scheme. I think ealier i commented he is at risk of jail, and perhaps home detention, so this will impact you as he will have an effect on his reputation.
Customer: Hi my boss rang and said that I will be taking over his job if he gets a conviction. Can an employer legally dismiss him for the above mention incidents and what wold the likely process be
christhelawyer : That depends on the job but the charges you describe could lead to dismissal from a job, especially if this was one where reputation is important. They would still need to go through a proper disciplinary procedure although the result may be inevitable.
