You would be better instructing a lawyer to help with the documents and your requirements so that you could prepare them with the full details and the full business structure. You have a start with what you suggest, but you would need to get this right so that the documents reflect your needs, and this would be better explained in person to a lawyer. You would need further documents like a shareholders agreement and documents for terms of trade and obtaining tax registration
