About Land Covenence, I am in Auckland, NZ, I have a
I have a covenence condition on my property. The covenence refers to the original land developer and requires for the developer to approve any house built. However, the original developer went on dissolution in 2009. The Certificate of Title does not mention any other change concerning new developers after this one. I want to sell my property. I am sure this restrictive covenant can't be enforced since the original developer no longer exists. How can I show evidence this covenant is a "dead" covenant?
