Is this in the conte4xt of a complaint? Is the Tribunal saying you cannot make the complaint?

Who is saying this? Has Mr Prasad complained himself?

I think they are saying that unless the discrimination was against you, then they cannot act. It would have to be your associate who complained-have I got that correctly?

Section 76 says

Functions of Commission under this Part

So if they consider you are not a party, then they may seek to avoid doing anything about this.
