My partners contract states that she is meant to get 4 shifts per week and work in a specific store. Since she was given this position she has gone on maternity leave. Now that she is ready to go back to work, her manager is saying she will only be able to give her 2 shifts a week and that my partner needs to guarantee that she wont need to take time off to sort out any situations that could arise with a 5 month old baby.
