No he does not have a current address. She is 11 years old now. How would we go about getting telephone access?

The first step would be to find where she is, and try to conttact direct at first. If this is rejected then apply to the Family Court for contact to be started. You may qualify for legal aid to get a lawyer to help with this. You would need to find her to serve the court papers.

We have exhausted all possibilities of contact without resorting to paying for a private investigator to find their whereabouts; of which we cannot afford. We cannot get legal aid and hes working full time, however he is paying for the living of myself our daughter and two boys of my own that are not his... Wheres the loop hole that helps fathers that have felt let down by a mediator that wanted that case quickly resolved through legality bullying????

If you want you can act for yourself, but the forms to start this off are not too complicated and even if you get a lawyer should not be too expensive. You could also try your local community law centre. Have you appled for legal aid? If you have dependents and high debts you may still qualify. I can suggest some websites to use if you want to have a go at doing this yourself. However it will all hinge on finding them. The court will not make orders without them being served with the application for contact
