HOW MUCH DOES AN ANSWER COST, i NEED TO KNOW BEFORE
I live in NZ My daughter and I have been shamefully treated by the courts who have ignored indisputable evidence in favour of a barriter represeting a barrister and a Detective Sergeant. They lied in the High Court trial and the Judge believed them and made us give the nearly $200,000 plus costs. They lied in the Court of Appeal and we got charged $3500 in costs. We refused to pay so they bankrupted us. We appealed showing documents which prove they lied, and the Court did nothing, only grant them more costs. We refuse to fill in their Statement of Affairs forms for the Insolvency guy and now discover today tht we coud have gone for non asset procedure as they have robbed me and my daughter by the Professional Trustee for my daughters Trust being totally negligent with absolutely no documentato for money which was supposed to go into her trust as an investment into the house she was building and instead went in (we found out 5 years later) as a loan. Its so long and complicated. … read more
