VerifiedI would need a lot more detail before I can make suggestions. What sort of case is this? Have court proceedings been started? Who are trying to fight? Is this a criminal case or civil case?
There are 2 options. If you have uncovered new evidence which was not available in the earlier cases then you can try for another appeal. The transcript is normally kept on the court file, and a copy kept by his lawyer who was acting then. You should ask the lawyer, and if not then XXXXX XXXXXon could ask the court for a copy and deliver it to you. The other alternative is that sometimes the Ministry of Justice will reopen older cases where a miscarriage of justice is said to have occurred. Either way you would need to get legal aid or raise funds for a lawyer.
