If his name is XXXXX XXXXX or bank accounts then you will need to notify the banks. They may have some requirements like a death certificate, and a statutory declaration. The land titles will require a transmission in to the names of the surviving trustees. This may been where you will need to see the trust solicitors to arrange the documents and registration on Landonline. Notices of the transmission should then be sent to local authorities and insurers so they know the changes.
