I am executor of an estate- my mother died in April 2018,
I am executor of an estate- my mother died in April 2018, will went into probate 8th May, probate finished 8th Nov 2018. I informed the lawyers for the estate that a challenge may occur. But nothing happened until 12 days after probate finished. My question is as an executor could I have dispersed all funds and transferred the title of my mothers house to the three beneficiaries before the challenge from his solicitors.
