How to get help with a New Zealand legal problem

The Experts have answered hundreds of questions, including questions like:

  • Can Maori land be changed to general, or a section with a house on it be surveyed and sold??
  • I currently have some charges under New Zealand gun laws. What can I do about the quantities being listed in the summary as much more than they actually were?
  • I’m in a custody battle, and my husband wants to take the children away from me for long periods even though I’ve been the primary caregiver. My barrister is tied up with other cases. Can my husband do that legally?
  • I’m concerned about my brother’s mental condition. I have Power of Attorney, so what are my rights to get him the help that he might need?

When you speak with an Expert on JustAnswer, be prepared to answer questions about:

  • The state where you live or the legal problem exists
  • What has been filed, reported or court-adjucated already
  • Any other circumstances that might impact the legal opinion

Having this information available will help the Expert give you an accurate, thorough answer.
