Good morning let me start...

Good morning let me start out by saying I have extreme health anxiety so my question might seem a little silly . I get migraines with aura I have since I was a teenager I’m not 35 years old but the most I would get them was maybe twice a year now I find I’m getting them more like once a month but this month I had one about two days ago and then one last night that is lingering into this morning I get the aura along with racing heart a little bit of nausea it goes away then I get the headache that will settle down but last usually the rest of the day and sometimes into the next . I just want to make sure getting these is normal . I’ve been under a lot of stress and my muscles especially in my neck have been super tense not sure if that might be the cause but I get terrified every time .

I worry about everything but just want to make sure my symptoms don’t sound worrisome and that they sound of those of a migraine with aura

None of these symptoms point to anything in the brain if you are worried about it.

They are indicative and consistent of migraine with aura.

I would not worry at all.
