First of all, please see, these symptoms that you have mentioned above do not appear related to anything serious.

These types of symptoms commonly turn out due to some non-serious issues such as anxiety or stress etc, rather than anything serious in nature.

If you have bp checking device at home with you, please try to check the bp too, because sometimes elevated bp too may do this

Sometimes lack of sufficient sleep, dehydration, work overload or physical or mental exhaustion, electrolyte issues, thyroid issues, vitamin deficiencies etc too can do this.

But serious issues such as brain or neurological possibilities do not appear causing this, in my very best opinion

If these symptoms persist then seeking further medical attention is recommended which can include undergoing a thorough clinical examination by a Dr at your place followed by undergoing a CAT scan of the brain, certain blood tests etc, but these types of symptoms most often are not pointing towards any serious health issues including any brain related or neurological issues or any other serious health issues

And the treatments for these types of symptoms include adequate resting, adequate hydration, anxiety and stress management, electrolyte preparations, multivitamins, complementary and alternative treatments such as acupuncture or biofeedback and mediation, over the counter headache meds, essential oil head rubs, or headache ointments such as tiger balm etc.

Once again, please see it does not appear your above-mentioned symptoms are due to anything serious in nature, or any neurological or brain related issues or any other serious issues, and also these symptoms are expected to resolve fully in the very near future, so please not to be scared, or please not to panic.
