You can have bony pain up to 8-12 weeks after the fracture
I will recommend to avoid weight bearing on the side of the fractured collar bone after another 2-4 weeks
Take tablet tylenol and aleve to relieve the pain
Apply cold compresses to reduce the inflammation if any
There is no need to rush to the hospital
Get an x ray after 4 weeks from now
