As you are noticing numbness in the ring and pinky fingers of your left hand, I think this represents ulnar nerve (or "funny bone" nerve) injury which could involve compression either at the elbow or from disk/bony problems in the neck. It is possible that the muscle twitching in your arm is due to this; however, with the muscle twitching you have noticed elsewhere in your body (as this is not associated with any weakness or muscle wasting) that this likely represents either metabolic issues or "benign fasciculation syndrome," which can be associated with anxiety. I think (when possible, hopefully when this COVID crisis is over!) you should see you doctor and have labs performed for metabolic causes of muscle twitching (thyroid studies, vitaminB12 level, and indicators of inflammation and infection-- ESR and RPR-- as well as muscle enzymes) but also a referral to Neurology would be a good idea , as a nerve and muscle study (EMG/NCS) could clarify the site of nerve compression regarding your finger numbness and ulnar nerve issues, and could more clearly distinguish features of benign fasciculation syndrome. However, in the meantime, I think you can use over the counter anti-inflammatory medication like Tylenol and/or ibuprofen (try to alternate these every 6 hours to avoid irritation of the stomach or liver) as well as hot/col packs to the neck and/or elbow, massage, and warm baths before bed to help reduce muscle tension that could be compressing the ulnar nerve in the neck. I do not think this represents anything "more sinister" at this time, as the numbness is limited to the distribution of a single nerve "the ulnar nerve.' With regard to the muscle twitching, I think the fact that this is variable in location and intensity is again suggestive of a more benign cause, and the fact that you are not noticing any muscle weakness or wasting speaks against any degenerative neurologic condition, as conditions like ALS or MS that can cause muscle twitching result from degeneration of nerves that supply muscle strength and bulk, so you would notice weakness or wasting along with the twitching if this were due to any of these conditions.
