All my numbers on the blood test were normal including thyroid magnesium potassium etc. just the elevated CK. The BUNCK ratio was 24. Does that mean anything. Should I be worried.Started And left arm five months ago about two weeks ago started getting some twitching in the right arm. And a couple days ago a couple twitches in my right breast. I have no apparent weakness, I just rode my bike 15 miles but my right and left triceps twitchIt seems like at night if I lay on a heating pad on my right arm and left arm at least I can sleep I don’t know if the pressure relieves the twitching a little or the heat but I’m literally going out of my mind and would like some advice. I’m not really keen at this point I’m going to a neurologist and being stuck with needles for an EMG however peace would be nice.As I said I have no apparent weakness, I did get a couple cramps in my leg this morning while stretching but went away quickly. I feel like I’m grasping for straws here a few of the answers I’ve gotten have been short and dismissive please helpI do seem to have ulnar nerve issues as at times over several years my elbows ache

Blood work was perfect except CK 300. Where in spine would cause triceps to twitch? I’ve been wearing a tennis elbow band which gives some release but minimal would als present in weakness if I’ve been twitching for 5 months or would that still be to come. Sometimes feels like a tens unit is on my tricep kind of an electric buzz

I I am a 58-year-old male five months ago I started to work out again with no warm-up did 15 push-ups and 15 incline push-ups the next day my left tricep was twitching I looked online of course I have ALS. This is been five months now both my left arm and right arm are twitching in the triceps Ihave no muscle weakness have been to the doctor a general practitionerHe drew blood and said everything was normal except a CK level at 300. Just constant twitching in both arms I am on no medicine except vitamin supplements. One is there a time period in ALS that twitching turns the muscle weakness or could this happen at any period of time is 56 months nine months 12 months where I can stop worrying that is actually ALS. I want to Believe I do not have ALS with all my heart. The cost and twitching in both arms has me at a loss. I asked before if it was possible that I may have pinched nerve somewhere causing these issues and did not get a response.
