How? Hopefully by having someone answer it? In October 2015
In October 2015 felt stabbing chest pain in the region of the left nipple. Made CT, ECG, MRI of the heart, everything was normal for a 57yo. After two months the pains became permanent, and spread to left shoulder and arm from shoulder to elbow, and pulling neck pain and ribs of the chest to the left. In the beginning of the summer appeared a sensation of a foreign object sensation on the left below the esophagus, where the ribs begin. A burning sensation appeared in the chest when swallowing food and while moving. A sensation of gurgling and a burst of air bubbles. Made FGDS and MRI of the abdominal cavity with an extension to the stomach. There is a small sliding hernia of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm. Twice done CT of the thoracic cavity, there is no pathology. According to the results of MRI, there are two hernias and protrusions in the cervical spine. To date, there's constant pain in the chest, localized between the left nipple and esophagus, going to the shoulder and neck. Pain in ribs in the inner surface of the chest. Sensation of a lump in the esophagus on the left side. Pain on palpation of the surface of the ribs to the left in the region of the armpit. Pain in the lower left of rib area. Gradually, the ribs begin to hurt on the right side. General weakness and rapid fatigue. Pain does seem to be connected to eating, only with physical activity, especially with a forward tilt. Worsens in the sitting position and after driving. There is no cough, no fever, blood tests are normal, lost 3 kg. In the last month had an X-ray of the esophagus and stomach with barium suspension-pathology, lumbar dysmetry of the lumbar region - osteoporosis, osteoscintegration-no pathology, MRI of the thoracic spine-unchanged, CT of thoracic organs. Diagnosis of a neurologist: chronic pectalgia, arthrosis of rib-sternal, rib-vertebral joints, widespread osteochondrosis, deforming spondele of the thoracic spine. Other specialists could not set the diagnosis.Current Situation:Constant rib pain on the left and discomfort under the ribs Periodic cramping of abdominal muscles Constant difficulty urinating, surrounding lower back pain and lower abdomen, numbness of legs to the knee at night Left side pain from under the ribs down the abdomen and to the thigh The inner side of the thighs and the lower abdomen periodically becomes violet-burgundy in color.Over the past year has made:CT, MRI, osteoscintigration of the skeleton, biopsy of the prostate ... biopsy to repeat after 6 months, since there are "foci of atypical micro-acinar proliferation" and the PSA-the last-7.60, In the lumbar spine there are cysts and two hernias L4-5 5 mm; L5-S1 8mm; cysts S2,S3,S4 22x18 & 17х17 mm … read more
