The twitches throughout the body aren't going to be related to ALS.
ALS would start with weakness in a particular area of the body, like the hand.
Then twitching would become apparent in the muscles of the hand.
They aren't going to start randomly all over your body. Add this to the fact that you have no weakness, and you're fine. People with anxiety tend to notice these twitches more, and you likely have "benign fasciculations". Looking on the Internet is just going to create more anxiety -- you don't have ALS.
