This seems to be related to an issue with your ulnar nerve:
as that can cause symptoms involving the forearm, and fingers -- and cause numbness into the pinky and ring fingers. Based on symptoms of cramping into the forearm and hand -- this could be related to the ulnar nerve issue, or with a possible issue with a nerve in the neck, or just fatigue of the muscles.
Definitely not ALS.
