I’m a 33 year old female. I’ve had two
Previous csections( most recent jan 2018)and a stress fracture on my femoral neck (which required pinning - 2.5 years ago). I’ve been experiencing low back pain off and on for a couple months. It’s been something that I’ve felt every now and then since my procedures. My physical therapist suggested at one point it might be a herniated disc and gave me some exercises for it. I’ve been doing those off and on. I’m wondering what else it might be or what might help it. It’s sharp pain (felt on the lower sides or of the spine, sometimes right side sometimes left) usually at the end of a day or lots of activity or picking up my kids.

Ok thank you - does it sound like it could be a disc issue?

it may be a disk issue

disks usually press on nerves and causes pain to radiate down into your legs.

it doesn't sound like you have that at this point.

end of the day pain, pain after picking up your kids a lot sound like sore back muscles or strained back muscles.
