IDK. .. my doctor left me a message that was not clear. He will be back Tuesday. He called this in 200mg 2x a day with transfactor multiumme ( vitamin ) . mistakenly took it 3 hrs apart and than took unisom Firday. Saturday and Sunday. Very foggy.
