Hypoplastic right P1 segment noted is this something to worry about or is this normal

Doctor's Assistant: Do you have frequent headaches? Any issues with coordination or balance?

No headaches, I have had dizzy spells since June and ringing in my ear and was seen by an ear nose and throat specialist who diagnosed it as benign PVA

Doctor's Assistant: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?

I don't have headaches. No Nausea

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I have high blood pressure and am on a daily med for that

Can you attach a picture of the report which stated the hypoplastic right P1 segment, as i will need to go through to understand the significance.
