I had a head MRI recently to make sure melanoma did not

Customer Question
I had a head...

I had a head MRI recently to make sure melanoma did not metastasize to the brain. No melanoma, but an incidental finding of cerebral white matter disease. Is this the same as small vessel disease? I am 51 years old. What does the future hold for me? What, if anything, can I do about it now?

Doctor's Assistant: Do you keep personal medical records to help track this?

New finding... only record regarding it is the MRI

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I have asthma and allergies, IBSD, anxiety, and I will be starting Opdivo treatment next week for melanoma.
