Neurologist: Dr. Mo, Board Certified MD replied 10 months ago

Sure, most likely you are having some sort of neuropathy. Neuropathy in the head is different than neuropathy in the legs/feet. In the head it can manifest as vibrations/ringing/buzzing. Blood pressure medication can be a culprit regardless of how long you have been on them. However, besides all that, you do need an in person exam ideally by a neurologist or a competent primary care doctor and you like will need an MRI of the head. We always need to rule out tumors even though it's incredibly rare. My cutoff is anyone over age 50 and anything lasting more than 2 weeks.
