Well you are getting almost everything as far as medications are concerned. What you can try is the alternative therapy options that include modalities like ;

  • Biofeedback which is a relaxation technique that teaches you to manage pain and stress
  • cognitive behavioral therapy, which is talk therapy that helps you recognize situations that cause you stress, anxiety, and tension
  • acupuncture, which is an alternative therapy that may reduce stress and tension by applying fine needles to specific areas of your body

You can add supplements like riboflavin 400mg daily, magnesium and coenzyme Q10 to see if that helps.

Another class of headache medications called triptans can be tried too as these are usually very effective in refractory cases of severe headaches.

I hopeit was helpful.

Let me know if you have any furtherqueries

Triptans... what is the dose?
Expert:  Dr.Saleem replied 1 month ago.

Zolmitriptan 2.5 mg whenever you get a headache. Maximum single dose is 5 mg. Avoid using more then 10 mg a day. You can repeat 2.5 mg if headache doesnt settle with one dose but total daiily dose should not exceed10mg
