Well as you have bump on head so you should apply cool compresses wet cold sponge (a cold wet pad or folded cloth) on bump for 10 minutes.
And it is advised not to sleep for few hours or tell your condition to your family member so if you want to take some rest , he/she 'll look after you or awake you at regular intervals.
Also you need to keep watch on any associated symptoms like headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, disorientation, restlessness, blurred vision, irritability in next 24 hours.
You can take only OTC acetaminophen, for a mild headache.
As such the symptoms of a head injury can occur immediately or develop slowly over several hours or days.
So, as with anyone with a head injury, closely watch for 24 hours after the incident.
If you develop any other symptoms then visit ER ASAP.

You should apply cool compresses for 10 minutes 2-3 times.

And as you had already taken Aleve so I would recommend to consider a wait and watch approach as you don't have any other symptoms.

Such pressure can be associated due to soreness of facial muscles due to injury to them.

Hydrate yourself with Gatorade.

Avoid chewing for a while.
