I have rt foot drop parylisis, insomnia and depression. I would be able to sleep better if my legs- more often the right- did not feel like the.y have to curl and spasm. I take flexoril and trazadone. Sometimes a xanax. But I feel luck
Y if it get 3 hours a night and my legs (both) and whole body seem to spasm, need to stretch. Counterproductive while trying to sleep.
