Vague symptoms increasing in frequency from once in a while

Customer Question

Vague symptoms increasing in frequency from once in a while to daily to multiple times a day...I can hear and see but cannot understand what people are a blank for 5-10 seconds then wonder what happened. I am 34 years old, type A, chronically sleep deprived but get by on 5-6 hours, travel for work, celiac but eat very well. Now I'm worried. It came on slowly over the last year.
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Went to my internist 2 months ago and he told me to sleep more and said I was burned out. Since then I'm taking much better care of myself and the symptoms are worse. I have another appt with him on friday but feel I need a neurologist. Hard to get in.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I do not drink and I don't take any drugs or medication at all

Lately, feel a little dizzy sometimes when this comes on...but not really vertigo. I'll be giving a speech and lose my train of thought. I have to give lots of talks and blank out for a few seconds. It happened today at a very inopportune time and I had to ask for someone to help remind me. I know I'm stressed alot but this is becoming scary (I own a company and employ 130 people).
