I have been having lower back pain that goes down right leg

I have been having lower back pain that goes down right leg and half of the left. My right leg is going numb and tingling a lot. I have had injections and nerve ablation and nothing is working. is there anything else
JA: Have you had any recent injuries? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: no injuries other then working in a factory on concrete
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: everything hurts bending sitting for periods stand getting out bed laying for to long I have tried therapy but my therapist stopped it. I failed it
