Customer Question

2 years ago I fell and bumped my head on the left side, forming a lump that eventually went away. Also had a facial bruise. Since then I have had memory problems. Did not connect the 2 until now. I am female, 3 years old.
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Is there anything in particular that makes your head feel worse or better?
Customer: Head feels fine now, but did have a good sized lump after I fell, on top of left side of head.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: No....never had a problem before.....I am pre-diabetic.
