Customer Question

Pain across upper back, down arms into hands and very painful shoulders.
JA: Have you had any recent injuries? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: No recent injuries. Standing under a hot shower gives minor relief. Notice legs and ankles are starting to swell and hands tingling.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Completed treatment for IBS then developed symptoms of pain in joints. Doctor started me on Lyrica but the pain in shoulders persists. I am wondering if I have a pinched nerve?
