If she didn't loose consciousness and right has no problem with vision changes or nausea or balance problems she's likely OK

That said, you should keep her near to you and look for any of those happening within the next two hours.

If she's fine after that, no problem, but if she gets any of those symptoms you need to get her to the ER right away.
