A few months ago I noticed that my left foot is colder than my right. Then about a month ago my left leg feels like it does after falling asleep then waking back up. What I mean is it tingles and feels a bit numb or tingly to the touch, like when u sit on leg for too long and it falls asleep, then tingly when circulation back to it. I never had any problems like this before. My cholesterol numbers are great as well as blood pressure 110/70. I take no mess for either. I only take mess for occasional migraines o

This isn't a circulation problem but rather a nerve compression problem.

Most likely you have a ruptured disk in your lower back and you need an MRI of the lumbar spine to look for that.

Physical therapy will help take care of the problem.
