Hi Dr.Ashori here, sorry for the delay in response.

Let's see what we can do for you.

How long ago did the right spinal pain start and is the left hip improving in any way with PT?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
A week ago. PT is not helping

Are you limping on the left leg?

Usually if you are limping the right SI joint (sacroiliac joint) will get affected.

The only thing that helps the SI joint is a lot of stretching and exercising it.

I can send you some exercises you can do, give me a moment to upload them.

Expert:  Dr. Mo replied 9 months ago.

Here is a good set of SI joint exercises I like to give my patients.

At first the pain will get a little worse, but if you continue the pain will go away.

Please let me know if you got the picture of the exercises I would like for you to do.

Any questions about them?
