How long ago did the right spinal pain start and is the left hip improving in any way with PT?
Are you limping on the left leg?
Usually if you are limping the right SI joint (sacroiliac joint) will get affected.
The only thing that helps the SI joint is a lot of stretching and exercising it.
I can send you some exercises you can do, give me a moment to upload them.
Here is a good set of SI joint exercises I like to give my patients.
At first the pain will get a little worse, but if you continue the pain will go away.
