I woke up yesterday with my left index finger swollen and

i woke up yesterday with my left index finger swollen and painful. i have no memory of any trauma it is swollen almost twice it's normal size from the middle knuckle to the hand, i have tried soaking in ice water but no results. i cannot bend the finger at all. should i go to my gp or to an orthopedist?

This seems to be Cellulitis ( Inflammation along with swelling of soft tissue of finger ) .

This need treatment please , so better to go ER , or if available than to your GP .
