1)trigger finger-the best thing I have seen to start with for this is stretching. Stretch it more and more every day to try and break up that scar tissue
2)carpal tunnel-wrist braces. You can get them on amazon. wear them at night
Try this first. And if it doesn't work, get steroid injections for both
