Customer Question

I was puzzled during the May 2014 to Aug 2015 process that my neurologist tried to encourage me to not see the neurosurgeon, but see one of their doctors instead. I insisted the surgeon should see his work.
In Oct 2015 a 2nd neurosurgeon helped my plastic surgeon. They discovered fragile diseased bone. In Aug 2016 I had a cranioplasty. I've been puzzled at the lack of communication as to instructions or expectations I've been getting from both my plastic surgeon and the neurosurgeon. I'm having some minor complications; have appointments, but had a totally different experience when working with all Kaiser doctors. Any thoughts?
