I have sharp shooting pain in both my ears or on my side of my head. for several years. Now I'm experiencing dizziness. It's so bad, I almost get sick to my stomach. What should I do?

You need to be checked for these symptoms ..most definitely ...

Shooting pain of ears / side of head and now dizziness ...

Is the dizziness a sense of vertigo?

If so in particular then I suggest that you consult ENT

Rapid access this week I think is key if faster to see your primary care doctor that is fine ...

You need more detailed history / physical exam / decision on possible supportive tests depending on the direction of early findings ( head CT for example may be indicated / possibly blood tests ...inflammatory markers/ CBC = complete blood count )
