MY brother has chronic hiccups. Articles on line say that

MY brother has chronic hiccups. Articles on line say that there could be nerve damage. We cannot find a neurologist who knows anything about the condition.

Chronic hiccups often could be because of Phrenic nerve irritation , and nerve injury is least likely the cause of Hiccups .

Other medical conditions like Kidney dysfunction , Gastric distention , Gall stones can cause Chronic hiccups .

So before labelling nerve being cause of
