Thank you. I was/am worried about MS bc this seems to be a symptom. I was also worried about my neck or a Bell's palsy. Would I see other symptoms if either of these were the case?

You are very welcome! I have already answered this question at the other question area. I will post it here again.

I am really not suspecting any MS or Bell's palsy. Neck problems (pinched spinal nerve) is also a very less likely possibility, although rarely pinched nerve in the neck can do this. But in such situations you will have symptoms like neck pain, pain from the neck shooting to the face etc. And regarding bell's palsy it presents with motor symptoms like facial droop, which you do not have so this is unlikely bell's palsy too.
