This is Dr. DAvid

you need to see a neurologist as soon as possible

you could have an autoimmune disease

or a pinched nerve in your neck causing weakness in your arm

you may need an MRI scan of your neck and nerve conduction study.

chest xray isn't really helpful

did you have a head and neck CT scan?

MRI scans are better at looking at nerves and disks in your spine.

have you consulted with a neurologist yet?
