Got slapped in the left ear last night, temporary loss of hearing, dizzy, and pain is getting worse. Second time this has happened in three years, same ear, should I see someone?
JA: Are you experiencing any dizziness? Do you have a fever?
Customer: Dizziness, yes. No fever.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Anorexia nervosa, low weight, purging, diaretics and laxative abuse, puging, alcohol use, gasterperisis, hyetal hurnia, Barrett esophagus, bleeding ulcers.

The blow to the ear has most likely cause barotrauma and could have resulted in the rupture of the ear drum, you need to see a physician in the ER for an ear examination and a referral to the ENT specialist as soon as possible.
