They do not show nerves, or ligaments, or discs.

You need:

A. MRI of the neck.

B. Consultation with a doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation, who will most likely prescribe the correct physical therapy and other therapies.

Yes, the curve CAN be contributing to disc and pinched nerve problems.
