I'm Dr. Chaithanya experienced Physician attending you

From when the pain started? Did you have this before?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Never had the pain before, the pain in the back started around 8pm today, and the arm just started a little bit ago.

Okay, I'm worried, it is not heart pain radiating to shoulder and arm.

This kind of pain can be due to 2 things.

1. Heart pain radiating to shoulder

2. Due to Gastritis. Gastritis pain can have same manifestation

I, however, insist you get an EKG done once to rule out Heart issue.

Sometimes taking extra care benefits. If it is not heart, and if it is ruled out in ER, well and good

Please go to ER once
