I have a pain in my neck, jaw and sensation like my left side of my jawline to the top of my head tingles? Anything to be concerned about?

Yes you should be concerned.

This can be a problem with a disc in the neck.

That can become serious.

You have to rule out mini stroke and other problems as well.

I suggest an exam now, ER or urgent care.

Follow up might include an MRI of the neck.
