I have slurred speech, especially when I am tires, difficulty getting out of a chair, excessive salivation , fatigue and muscle aches. What do you think it might be causing theses things?

A brain problem such as brain digeneration cn cause this.

A muscle disease can cause this.

Depression can cause this.

You need a comprehensive workup as there are other causes as well.

Difficulty getting out of a chair is classic for polymyositis, a muscle disease.

See an internal medicine doctor as soon as you can.

You have to consider TIAs as well, mini strokes.

In this case I suggest you go to the ER.
