Have you undergone and X-Ray/MRI of the spine?
As you describe it seems that Lumbar radiculopathy can be a possibility .Nerve root compression like compression of sciatic nerve called as sciatica or lumbar radiculopathy .Sciatica is generally caused by the compression of lumbar nerves L4 or L5 or sacral nerves. This occurs because of spinal disc herniation, wear and tear or degeneration of the discs. You need to undergo X-ray/MRI of Lumbosacral spine to rule out the possible cause. The line of treatment may includeRestNonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofenPhysical therapy like deep heat ,traction ,interferential therapy .I suggest you to consult your nearby Orthopedist for further evaluation and management.I hope this helps.
