Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Tingling snesation suggests definite nerve involvement.

Given that you have problem in both left arm and leg, you likely have cervical spine spondylosis.

Arthritis can cause disc degeneratino and resultant nerve compression.

Now, other neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis or peripheral neuropathy also possible.

You definitely need MRI scan of the spine, nerve conduction study, blood tests for further evaluation.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
