I have a dull pain behind my right ear sometimes just above

Customer Question

I have a dull pain behind my right ear sometimes just above that on my head. Sometimes I can feel the pain a little more with head movement and I also with some neck stiffness on the same side and a headache above my eyes. Could this be stress or intension headaches or something more serious?
